Sunday Service is a time for the RiverLife family to gather together to celebrate Jesus. These services provide opportunities for sharing the Word, worship, Children’s Church, prayer and fellowship.
Children’s Church is a safe place for those in primary school to receive age-appropriate teaching about basic scriptural truths, to discover who God is, how He works and to develop a desire for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord.
Facilities are available for children of various ages. A quiet room for nursing moms only, as well as a toddlers’ room with a live audio-visual feed are available. Pre-school children between the ages of three and six years are catered for in a separate, smaller, less formal class with access to brightly coloured outdoor play equipment in an under-cover, fully enclosed outside area directly off the building. Parents sign children in at the entrance to the main auditorium. Safety measures are in place with access to the Children’s Church area being restricted.
Turning Point Youth
Turning Point Youth (TPY) is a place where teens can hang out and grow as they recklessly pursue the love of God. Pull in on Fridays at 6pm. If you are 13 to 19 link up with us through the admin office. You are always welcome but TPY has two meetings just for you.
Join us on Friday nights from 6-9pm for worship led by our very own youth band, dynamic talks and discussions on relevant topics.
Youth Extended meets on Wednesday nights for those who want to establish deeper foundations in their lives. TPY is involved throughout the year with various community outreach projects, youth events and conferences. Why wait? Get in on the action.
We partner in prayer with God throughout the week. We meet for corporate prayer on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6pm and on Sundays from 8:15am on site.
During the week, small groups of people meet in homes, at church and at other convenient places, to talk about Jesus, share testimonies, study the Bible, challenge each other, build friendships and do life together. Life Groups happen from Monday to Friday, from Hibberdene to Southbroom to Paddock. Contact us to find a life group near you.
Equip Bible College
Be equipped to apply the Word in your daily life. We meet weekly during term time. Each semester comprises eight hour-long sessions. Equip Bible College is suitable for anyone from their teens up.
If you'd like to get involved in one of these ministries, or would like more information, please contact us. We'd love to help you slot in to spiritual family.
We believe that we should each give with a willing heart; not reluctantly or under compulsion, but cheerfully. The family has an opportunity to bring their tithes and offerings.
Hope Chest is an opportunity to be involved in giving to those in need. Donations of food items or cash are welcome and are used to assist those in need of immediate practical help.
In 2016 we moved into our current building. Contributing to the building fund is a way of partnering with us to see our church facilities improve to better cater for the growing family’s needs.
Our partnership with the NCMI trans-local apostolic team provides an opportunity to give towards missions.
If you'd like to give to Hope Chest, the building fund, missions or any other ministry, you'll find our banking details at the foot of our contact page.
